Directions:
Take a maximum of 2 drops 3 times a day (0. 19 ml) on a neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil or 1/4 of sugar). Do not use pure without support, nor mix with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use in children under 7 years old, in pregnant women (especially the first 3 months of pregnancy) or breastfeeding, in people with a history of convulsive or epileptic disorders and in people allergic to essential oils.
