Directions:
Apply a small quantity of gel, twice a day, on sensitive joints and muscles areas (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles, feet) to provide well-being and relief. Make well penetrate the product by massage. Wash hands after use.
