Directions:
- Before effort: rub vigorously before warming up in order to 'warm up' the muscle and obtain better muscular response, then do warm up exercises to avoid the risk of pulling a muscle. - After exertion: massage deeply, to relax and detoxify the muscles and to limit stiffness. - In case of pain: massage painful area. You can massage yourself alone, or better, get massaged by somone else if it is possible.
