Directions:

Shake the bottle before use: a slight opalescence or the formation of a slight deposit is normal and does not affect the quality of the product. Take every morning on an empty stomach, the equivalent of 70ml in a measuring glass for 1 week. It is possible to dilute in water or a drink. Preferably to be taken before lunch.
