Shake the vial well before use. From the 1st to the 10th day: take 1 Step 1 vial per day, diluted in a glass of water (20cl) before the meal. From the 11th to the 20th day: take 1 Step 2 vial per day, diluted in a glass of water (20cl) before the mealFrom the 21st to the 30th day, take 1 Step 3 vial per day, diluted in a glass of water (20cl) before the meal.
