Directions:
Take 1 tablet per day, swallowed 30 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Prolonged use is not recommended. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children and adolescents. Do not combine with sedatives or antidepressants. Not recommended for people on anticoagulant treatment. Not recommended for people suffering from inflammatory or autoimmune diseases, people having to perform an activity requiring sustained vigilance and which may pose a safety problem in the event of drowsiness.
