Bulking agent: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dry Griffonia Seed Extract (Griffonia Simplicifolia), Dry Magnolia Bark Extract (Magnolia Officinalis), Dry extract of Valerian roots (Valeriana Officinalis), L-Theanine, L-Glutamine, L-Tryptophan, Coating Agents: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Microcrystalline cellulose, Acetalglycerides, Dry Extract of Aerial Parts of Eschscholzia (Eschscholzia Californica), Anti-caking agents: Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Melatonin.
Directions:
Take 1 tablet per day, to take 30 minutes before sleep. Do not combine with sedatives or antidepressants. Not recommended in pregnant women. Breastfeeding women, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice. Not recommended for children under 12 years. Reserved for the adult. The beneficial effect is obtained by the consumption of 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime. The use of plant extracts may cause a variation in the colour of the tablets. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not a drug and is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
