Directions:
Fill the hot water bottle with hot water (but not boiling) at 2/3 max, keeping it upright. Remove residual air and screw the cap in. Check the waterproofing and return the hot water bottle to its water bottle cover. Respect the instructions for use. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
