Shake the bag before tasting. Pour simmering water over a teaspoon (about 2. 3 g) of the mixture. Do not exceed one cup per day. Leave to brew for 4 minutes before serving. It is recommended to respect the recommended doses (do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical advice) and to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use if taking concomitant medications (including anticoagulants, diuretics or any other medication that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance). Contains licorice.
