Directions:
Recommended for adult men and women and children over 6 years old (refer to the precautions for use). Shake the sachet well before setting. Take 1 to 2 teaspoons per day (approximately 2. 9 to 5. 8 g / day) in two divided doses, preferably in the morning. Per dose: dilute only 1 teaspoon (approximately 2. 9 g) in a large glass of water, mix well and consume the mixture immediately. To finalize the absorption of the product, rinse the glass well with water and drink this second glass of water. It is important to drink plenty of water while taking the product. Close the sachet well after opening. Not recommended for children under 6 years old, as well as in cases of psyllium allergy. Not recommended for esophageal obstruction and gastrointestinal disease.
