Directions:
Apply the roll-on vertically on skin and carry out rotational movements, insisting well on the tense muscles. Massage during at least 5 minutes and as long as wished. You can give yourself a massage with this roll-on on all the body's muscles: back, abdomen, chest, thighs, calves, arms, neck, etc. . . Wash your hands in case of contact with the gel. Caution: children under 15, pregnant and/or breast-feeding women should not use this gel at all. In addition, several of the ingredients can be allergen (essential oils, menthol, salicylate). Please don't use this gel in case of allergy to one of the ingredients.
