Do not perforate the blister. If the blister is already "opened", clean it with water and soap and then apply an antiseptic. Remove the transparent blade (arrow area). Warm your hands before removing the protections. Peel off the protective dressing and apply on clean dry skin by placing the central part on the blister. Smooth edges to optimize its adhesiveness
