Directions:
Unroll 20 to 30cm of bandage. Make a first round with the bandage around the area to be protected. Continue the bandage by covering each turn with at least half of the previous turn. To ensure a good hold of the band, the last turn must not be in contact with the skin but completely cover the previous round. Finish the bandage by fixing it with a plaster. Maintenance: Wash by hand or machine at 30 ° maximum, without detergent or chlorine. Rinse and let dry flat.
