Presl) 12%, Lemon balm leaves * (Melissa officinalis L. ) 10%, Apple pieces * (Malus domestica Borkh) 10%, Ginger roots * (Zingiber officinal) 9%, Hibiscus flowers * (Hibiscus sabdariffa L. ) 3%, Black pepper fruits * (Piper nigrum) 1 %.
Directions:
Pour 2 teaspoons of plants in a tea bag or tea ball then let infuse 4 to 5 minutes according to your tastes, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plants. Ideal temperature of infusion 80 °. Close the case securely after each use.
