Blackcurrant leaves (Ribes nigrum L. ) 100%.
Directions:
In infusion: pour the plant into simmering hot water and let infuse for 3 to 5 minutes, according to your taste, to fully release the flavours and benefits of the plant. As a decoction: plunge the plant into water and bring it to the boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then let it infuse for 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering. In maceration: pour the plant in cold water for several hours and then filter. Storage instructions: Close the case after each use. Consume as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children.
