Directions:
Immerse a bag in simmering hot water and infuse for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your taste, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant. Drink 3 to 4 cups throughout the day in addition to a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. This infusion is particularly recommended for breastfeeding. Keep away from light and moisture.
