Native to Europe, America, Asia and Australia, the quackgrass is an herbaceous plant of the family Poaceae that is harvested all year round. This plant is known to be perennial and invasive in the garden, as it spreads underground thanks to its rhizomes able to pierce and smother the roots of other plants.

Directions:
In infusion: pour the plant in simmering hot water and let it brew for 3 to 5 minutes, according to your tastes, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant. Decoction: Immerse the plant in water and bring to a boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering. In maceration: pour the plant in cold water for several hours then filter. Storage tips: Close the case tightly after each use. To be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
