Vitaflor Green Anise Seeds 100g is a bulk infusion of green anise seeds (Pimpinella anisum L. ). Green Anise is one of the oldest plants in the world. It is native to the eastern Mediterranean basin and North Africa, more specifically in the Middle East. It has been cultivated in Egypt for at least 4000 years. The Semites would also have used it in sacred rites.

Composition:
Green anise seeds (Pimpinella anisum L. ) 100%.
Directions:
In infusion: pour the plant into simmering hot water and let infuse 3 to 5 minutes, according to your tastes, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant. In decoction: immerse the plant in water and bring everything to a boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then let infuse 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering. In maceration: pour the plant in cold water for several hours then filter. Storage advice: Close the case well after each use. To consume as a part of a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
