Native to Europe, the lime tree is a sacred tree in Greece and ancient Egypt where it was used for the manufacture of sarcophagus masks. The lime tree was one of the trees chosen in 1792 to embody the values of the French Revolution. This tree is recognized for its extraordinary longevity of more than 1000 years.

Composition:
Linden inflorescence (Tilia cordata L) 100%.
Directions:
In infusion: pour the plant into simmering hot water and let infuse 3 to 5 minutes, according to your tastes, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant. In decoction: immerse the plant in water and bring everything to a boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then let infuse 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering. In maceration: pour the plant in cold water for several hours then filter. Storage advice: Close the case well after each use. To be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children.
