Malva leaves (Malva sylvestris L) 100%.
Directions:
In infusion: pour the plant in simmering hot water and let it brew for 3 to 5 minutes, according to your tastes, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant. Decoction: Immerse the plant in water and bring to a boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering. In maceration: pour the plant in cold water for several hours then filter. Storage tips: Close the case tightly after each use. To be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
