Vitaflor Marshmallow Roots 80g is a bulk infusion of marshmallow roots (Althaea Officinalis L. ). In the 19th Century, Marshmallow or "wild marshmallow" was used in the dough for making the candies of the same name. T The marshmallow paste consisted of snow whites, sugar and sticky components extracted from the marshmallow root.

Marshmallow roots (Althaea officinalis L. ) 100%.
Directions:
In infusion: pour the plant into simmering hot water and let infuse 3 to 5 minutes, according to your tastes, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant. In decoction: immerse the plant in water and bring everything to a boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then let infuse 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering. In maceration: pour the plant in cold water for several hours then filter. Storage advice: Close the case well after each use. To be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children.
