Vitaflor Meadosweet Flowers 100g is a bulk infusion of Meadowsweet flowers (Filipendula Ulmaria L. ). Originally from Europe, the Meadowsweet was on of the plants venerated by the Druids because it was used to cast love spells, especially during weddings. It was not until the 19th century that Father Obriat reveals its health benefits. A little later, its active ingredients were brought to light, in particular the salicylated derivatives, precursors of acetylsaliculic acid.

Composition:
Flowers of meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria L. ) 100%.
Directions:
In infusion: pour the plant into simmering hot water and let infuse 3 to 5 minutes, according to your tastes, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant. In decoction: immerse the plant in water and bring everything to a boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then let infuse 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering. In maceration: pour the plant in cold water for several hours then filter. Storage advice: Close the case well after each use. To consume as a part of varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
