Vitaflor White Nettle Flower Tops 70g is a bulk infusion with the flowering tops of white nettle (Lamium album L). Also known as white lamier, the white nettle is a species native to Europe and Asia. It is a perennial plant by its rhizomes, its leaves are similar to those of the nettle but not stinging. Its etymological "lamïos" deriving from the Greek means the throat, with reference to the shape of the flowers, in the form of wide open mouth.

Directions:
In infusion: pour the plant in simmering hot water and let it brew for 3 to 5 minutes, according to your tastes, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant. Decoction: Immerse the plant in water and bring to a boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering. In maceration: pour the plant in cold water for several hours then filter. Storage tips: Close the case tightly after each use. To be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
